Laguna Niguel Jr. Academy (LNJA) is a Seventh-day Adventist school dedicated to providing quality, Christ-centered education to students since 1984. Our academy serves students from Kindergarten through 8th grade, providing a nurturing environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, socially, and personally.
Students also participate in weekly Chapel services in our main church sanctuary, where they have opportunities to worship, learn from God's Word, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Meet Melina Jimenez, the Teaching Principal of Laguna Niguel Jr. Academy.
This is Ms. Jimenez’s first year at LNJA, and she is excited to begin this new
chapter and see what God has in store for the school community.
With more than 28 years of experience in Seventh-day Adventist and public
education, Ms. Jimenez brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion
to her role. A lifelong product of Adventist education, she is committed to
providing a Christ-centered learning environment where students can grow
academically, spiritually, and personally.
Ms. Jimenez holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree
in Education from Southwestern Adventist University and is currently pursuing
an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree at La Sierra University. She looks forward to sharing her talents and experience with her students and helping each one discover their God-given potential.
Every Wednesday, Laguna Niguel Jr. Academy gathers for Chapel, a special time for students to worship, learn, and grow in their faith. Each week, one of our pastors or a guest speaker leads the students in a short devotional, Bible message, or engaging activity designed to encourage them in their relationship with Jesus.
